Embodied Living Wellness Center is a trauma-informed, holistic, and integrative psychotherapy and sex therapy practice focusing on mental health treatment through an emphasis on whole-person wellness.
Mental health is health. To adequately address mental health symptoms, we must recognize that our mind, body, and spirit are interconnected. That is why the Embodied Living Wellness Center offers comprehensive services, including evidence-based modalities and alternative healing practices, to help you live a more embodied life.

OUR TEAM
Justyna Wawrzonek, DSW, LCSW, CST (she/her), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and founder of Embodied Living Wellness Center. She has over ten years of experience working across mental health, trauma, addiction, and healthcare settings, providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
Her clinical background includes work at the intersection of trauma and sexual health, relationship and intimacy concerns, addiction recovery, medical and caregiver stress, high-risk pregnancies, rare genetic disorders, and supporting first responders, military families, and individuals navigating high-stress environments.
Justyna brings a down-to-earth, compassionate, and deeply relational approach to the therapeutic space. She hopes her clients feel safe, seen, and supported in her presence. She believes healing begins with authenticity and connection and feels privileged to walk alongside clients in their journey toward greater self-understanding.

We are currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare.
If you have an out-of-network insurance plan, we can provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
